Great Community

Our family (including our two dogs) lived at Trace on the Parkway for the last eight months, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From day one, the entire team made us feel welcomed and cared for. The buildings are always spotless, the grounds are beautifully maintained, and every employee we interacted with showed genuine kindness, attention, and love toward us and our pups. The amenities were a huge part of why we enjoyed our stay so much including the pool and dog park. You simply can’t beat the location. Being so close to everything in Edwardsville made life incredibly convenient. We also hit a few unexpected bumps with our new construction home timeline, and Amy and her team were nothing short of amazing. They were flexible, understanding, and patient with our shifting move-out dates, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. Trace on the Parkway is more than just an apartment community, it’s a place where people truly care. We’re grateful for our time here and would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a clean, modern, pet-friendly, and genuinely welcoming place to call home.

I love the apartment, and I love being near the various restaurants that are just steps away from the building. The fitness center is great. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful.

I've had a few days to think about this review and the reviews I've read. There is nothing I can offer that hasn't already been said and said beautifully. I just need to mention Amy Wood, the one person I dealt with from the beginning to move in. She is just terrific in every way and it would not have been so seamless without her. She was warm, professional and so patient with my lack of computer skills. So thank you Amy for welcoming me into a very special community of residents and staff.

Trace on the Parkway is absolutely fantastic! I love this place! Let me say it again.....I love this place!! This place and the amenities are absolutely stunning and I thoroughly love living here! I'm never leaving here! Trace on the Parkway is within walking distance of restaurants, nail shops, coffee places, a golf store, an ice cream store, a dental office and a furniture store! They have bike and running trails that surround the property. You literally don't have to leave the vicinity of the apartment complex on the weekends, because everything is right here. The communal space, pool area, fitness center, and apartments are just elegant! Everyone is so friendly and respectful of those who live here. The facilities are well-maintained and I'm so grateful that I live here! I work on Scott Air Force Base and it's about a 35 minute drive from Trace Parkway apartments, but this place is definitely worth the daily commute! Everything about this place is just amazing! The management team of Janet, Amy, and Ashley are terrific and a joy and a blessing to work with! They are very responsive and always go out of their way to ensure the tenants have a wonderful atmosphere. You want to rent an apartment at Trace on the Parkway....it is worth it and it is a wonderful place to live!

Trace is a wonderful place to call home. If you're new to the Edwardsville area (as I am), the Trace community welcomes you from the first day. Management is in touch, responsive and very friendly as are the residents. The amenities and planned events/gatherings make it easy to meet neighbors.
