Cedars of Lebanon to open next at Trace on Parkway
EDWARDSVILLE — Trace on the Parkway, the area’s new, $50 million mixed-use development located on Route 157 across from SIUE and near downtown Edwardsville, has built strong momentum into 2021.
Local developer, Plocher Construction, completed two buildings with 114 apartments, and the continued development of the multi-use commercial phase. Having opportunities to patronize a variety of businesses within walking distance of their homes is proving very appealing to residents and business owners.
