Janet Moskwa
Trace Property Manager, Licensed Leasing Agent
Janet Moskwa is the smiling face that will most likely greet you at the Trace Leasing office front desk, or when you are a resident walking the hallways or sidewalks. She joined our leasing team as a Leasing Specialist in our corporate office, starting out as a front desk receptionist. Her past real estate company and marketing experiences, plus outgoing personality, makes her a great fit for our team and clients. She has advanced past the receptionist duties, assisted our Leasing Team in the office with marketing, and is now a Property/Operations Manager at the Trace on the Parkway luxury apartment community in Edwardsville. Her special touch for customer service, attention to detail and fixing problems quickly and correctly is a great asset for our customers and clients.
Amy Wood
Broker, Trace Leasing Manager
Originally from England, Amy moved to America in 2014 and fell in love with Real Estate. She joins the Trace team with 8 years of experience in the real estate world and is excited to bring her knowledge and dedication to great service with her.
One of her favorite things about working in real estate is the opportunity to meet new people and get to know them so she decided property management and, therefore, working for a community would be the perfect environment for her personality.
Having most recently worked as a Realtor for the Metro East area, Amy also holds her real estate license and hopes to help any of our renters that may wish to transition to home buyers after their stay with us.
Outside of work, you will most likely find her trying new restaurants with her husband or spending time with her dogs.
Ashley Hummert
Resident Manager
Ashley comes to us from Kunkel Wittenauer Groups corporate office where she has been taking care of organizing maintenance and service requests for the last three years. Her bubbly, outgoing personality make her the perfect fit for Trace on the Parkway, as she uses her skills to make sure everything at Trace is up to her high standards. Ashley is your ‘go to’ for questions about life at Trace, service requests, and amenity reservations.
Ashley is originally from Freeburg, IL. She has a dog named King that is 11 years old. She loves spending time with family, and likes to go out to grandma’s and grandpa’s house to ride the side by side through the trails.
Renee Wittenauer
Managing Broker/Property Manager
Renee has almost 15 years of experience in property management and is our Managing Broker and an owner of Kunkel Wittenauer Group. As a property investor herself, Renee’s passion and understanding of the industry has helped her be fully committed to excellent, transparent and authentic customer service. Renee’s passion in Real Estate led her to specialize in Property Management. She appreciates and respects each client and customer’s unique situation and communicates with them with empathy and honesty.
As a SIUE graduate with a Bachelors in Business Management, Renee is ecstatic for her and Kunkel Wittenauer Group’s role in managing Trace on The Parkway. The future of the Edwardsville community and Trace on The Parkway community is one of growth and excitement for many years to come.
